Franchisee Requirements
ZEON partners with serious investors who bring the right location and commitment. Here is what you need to get started:
Terms of Engagement
General Conditions
Franchisee shall identify and provide the project location; ZEON will not arrange or provide locations.
Chargers must be procured from ZEON or ZEON-approved brands only. Canopy design, branding, and station appearance shall be as per ZEON standards.
In case chargers are procured by the franchisee directly from approved brands, ZEON will not take any responsibility for charger warranty and reliability.
No third-party or Franchisee logos/branding shall be permitted at the charging station.
100% advance payment is required for charger procurement and order confirmation. Franchise revenue sharing is as per the applicable franchise model.
Expected ROI period: 3–4 years, subject to location, traffic, electricity tariff, and charger utilization.
Franchisee shall ensure 24×7 uninterrupted power availability at the station — including adequate sanctioned load from the EB, backup arrangements where feasible, and prompt resolution of site-side supply issues. Charger uptime directly impacts station revenue and customer trust.
All ZEON executions are GST billed; payments through RTGS/Bank transfer only. No cash payments will be accepted.
